15 years of experience — 10+ years in leadership roles — including the development of national brand identities, marketing, UX/UI, and human-centered design solutions. In these roles, I directly engaged with business executives and managed teams of marketers, production designers, communications specialists, analysts, and strategists.

Currently, I am the Senior Director of Brand Management of the Marketing, Brand, and Communications department for the largest Community Health Center in the Pacific Northwest. Responsible for marketing, brand development, client experience and engagement, architectural aesthetics, and departmental leadership.

Work History Overview

Design School & Training

I started out with a very traditional design education, studying graphic design for four years at The Art Institute of Austin. The courses were built around everything from layout and idea generation to campaign development and web design.

Last Agency Role

As Art Director for ThoughtLab, I was responsible for client digital interactive products, campaigns, and strategy. I had a strong UX focus, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving the usability and experience between the customer and the product.

My Life Outside Work

Outside of the design world, I’m a Husband, dog parent, and British to a fault. I enjoy an active lifestyle and exploring the great outdoors.
